Welcome, we are Matt and Shannon. Matt is a hand tool / chainsaw carver and is known as MK Woodcarver. Shannon likes to quilt, sew and craft, and manages their blog The Thistler. Along with our dog Sammy, we travel in our RV while enjoying our hobbies and visiting exciting places.

For those wondering, we both have Scottish ancestry and wanted a site that represented us both, thus the name The Thistler.
